OUDMA operates an online store selling premium Arabic incense burners and fragrance products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent colors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, Cash on Delivery, and Tabby (buy now, pay later).

5. Shipping

We ship within the UAE and GCC region. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Please contact service@oudma.com to initiate a return.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUDMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
