Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped with tracking where available. Delivery timing depends on the product, destination and carrier route.

Returns

Unused products in original packaging can be reviewed for return eligibility. Electrical items and used burners may have additional limitations for safety and hygiene reasons.

Please check product dimensions, variant, voltage notes and included items. Fragrance materials are not included with OUDMA products.
