Do you sell oud wood, oud oil or bakhoor?

No. OUDMA sells accessories around the oud and bakhoor ritual, such as burners, mabkhara and gift-ready tools. Fragrance materials are not included.

How do electric burners work?

Electric burners warm compatible fragrance materials purchased separately. Always follow the instructions for your exact model, place it on a heat-safe surface and confirm the voltage before use.

Are OUDMA products suitable for apartments?

Many customers choose electric burners because they avoid charcoal and open flame. Ventilation, placement and responsible use still matter.

Are these products good for gifts?

Yes. The assortment is built around gifts for homes, majlis, Eid, Ramadan, weddings, housewarming and business courtesy.

What is your shipping approach?

Orders are shipped with tracking where available. Delivery time depends on the product and destination. The product page and order confirmation provide the clearest available information.

Can I return a product?

Unused products in original packaging can be reviewed for return eligibility. Electrical products, opened items and used burners may be limited for safety and hygiene reasons.

What safety rules should I follow?

Keep burners away from children, fabrics and water. Let the product cool before cleaning. For electric models, use a compatible voltage and do not use damaged cables or plugs.
